Exciting news!

I will be in my very first group art show on July 25th at the new Nine Muses Art Gallery in Barberton, OH. I’ve been wanting to get into the art show scene in my local area, but I never really knew how to get my foot in the door. It turns out you just have to know the right people.

For the longest time, I was plagued with the feeling of being inadequate when it comes to my art. I see other artists creating beautiful pieces and I thought I could never compare. Eventually, I overcame those fears and now I live my life with the idea that it doesn’t hurt to try. There are still some insecurities there, but I’m working on it. I’ve also learned that most artists feel that way, so I’m definitely not alone.

Anyway, I’ve been working hard to get everything completed in time for the show while still presenting you all with new content here. And because you guys are so awesome, I decided to give you a taste of one of the pieces I’m putting in the show.

As of right now, I’m not sure how long the exhibit will be up until, but I’m assuming it will be well into August.
