With a room bursting at the seams, the people of Akron welcomed the Huntertones to the Blu Jazz+ stage once again. Selling out by mid-afternoon of the show, Akron’s local Jazz club was a buzz of energy. A Brooklyn-based Jazz band that hailed from Columbus, OH, Huntertones blend jazz, funk, soul, hip-hop, and rock to create a sound that is unique to them.

This was my first time hearing them live and they blew my mind. The talent across the board is just astounding and each member has quite the impressive resume.
