Elves and More Northeast Ohio, the Akron Police Department, Con-way Freight, a bunch of local businesses, and volunteers got together to give out over 1,000 bikes to underprivileged children.

As rain poured down, excited families approached the massive trucks eager to get their hands on a bike. It was on a first-come-first-serve basis and each year the locations change.

It was a beautiful thing to see and I’m incredibly happy that the people who are less fortunate were able to get a pleasant surprise.
